Believe in Success

A career training program for survivors of domestic violence, Believe in Success focuses on building technical, confidence, and mindfulness skills — a natural fit for Divine Communications. In addition to resume and career coaching, Katherine has led workshops to help participants build skills in giving and receiving feedback effectively.

Southern New England Conference

Non-profit organizations struggle when they can’t effectively reach their audiences, especially when there’s an experience gap to bridge between leadership and clients. Katherine continues to help the Southern New England Conference of the UCC and its member organizations with highly engaging and effective workshops in diversity, equity, and inclusion — especially challenges of gender diversity and sexuality, a field in which Katherine is a recognized expert.

Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government

A classroom of current and future policymakers and executives around the world is a dynamic and highly charged learning environment. Katherine taught in the Kennedy School’s communications program while pursuing her master’s in public administration, helping students build the persuasive ability to be smart, ethical, and capable world leaders.
